Me and my family have bought many, many cars from here over the years and always had good experiences.. Extremely pleased with the service! We were on vacation when our transmission went out. We pulled into the dealership to get our car checked out and drove away in a brand new vehicle. The staff at this dealership is the best I've ever seen.
After driving to Jackson and Nashville to shop for an Altima that suited us and our budget, we were so excited to find the perfect one at Victory Nissan. I love nissan vehicles. Only brand I've owned. I wasn't looking at buying another but while getting my oil changed I looked around. Ryan, Austin, Vance, Andy and Sean were all great through this entire experience!
First time they claim the down payment check didn't go through when according to our bank it did. January of this year we trade in the first vehicle for the truck we have now. And have been waiting for a second set of keys since January. But was just told have to buy them from a dealership. Dishonest. And not willing to keep their word
We were traveling from North Carolina to Arkansas when my low tire pressure light came on. We stopped put some air in it. Traveled probably another 70 miles, then it came on again. Stopped and put air in again, this time only traveled about 20 miles until it came on again. At the next exit we stopped at Victory Nissan. I went in to see if someone could look at my tire. Received a letter from VN letting me know that they help people get into a car after bankruptcy. Called and talked to Andy and he reassured me that they would do they're best and help us get in a vehicle and then gave my information over the phone, showed up a day later and waited for 2 hours for them to tell me that all banks were closed. We were then told that they would call us they next day and let us know what they found. The next evening I had to call them and they told us that they couldn't help us.
