Victory Nissan service Is the absolute worst my husband and I have ever experienced. We purchased a new Nissan Titan pickup truck which had a few cosmetic things that they needed to address and failed to do so repeatedly. I was traveling through Dickson when I started having car trouble. I pulled into Victory Nissan to get off the road. Note...I do not drive a Nissan. I was quickly checked on by not one, but three employees. They diagnosed the problem immediately, called the GMC dealership to get the part, replaced the broken hose, and had me back on the road in an hour and a half. I cant thank them enough for their kindness to a woman stranded over an hour from home with two kids in tow.
Love my new car! Victory Nissan worked with me to get me in just what I wanted..and believe me I’m a picky person. I wanted this car but not that color. I liked these rims but not this car. Liars! I called to check if the car I was interested in was available, I was told it was. I get down there, and the car of course was sold “yesterday.” I repeatedly asked them not to run my credit because I hadn’t even decided on a car yet. I already had financing. Then I get an alert that my credit was ran, not once but 5 Times!! He looked me right in the eyes and told me they were not running my credit. Absolute liars.
