I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape from them on Tuesday night. Wednesday morning as I began my hour and a half commute to work. I realized as I was getting on the interstate the vehicle just did not have the power I was needing nor did I feel safe with the way it handled. I messaged my salesman and advised him of the issue. Nissan is the worst car I have ever bought. Bought the Maxima, navigation is the worst, many items are upgrade but standard on the Altima, which is supposed to be a step down from the Maxima. Unavailable front crash system will go off for trees in a field. Will be trading in on a real car... Toyota, Hyundai, Honda... anything else really.
RecommendedThis time around went really well from the front to back. No complaints for this visit. The gentleman that checked me in did a super job and very professional.
Service department scheduling is a joke to say the least . Called on Tuesday to make appointment for my wife and myself on Thursday . Made appointment for Thursday at 7:30. Arrived at service department @ 7:25 @ 8:30 oil changes had not been started . My wife had to just leave in order to not be late for work. Please read and go somewhere that values a customers time.
