Purchasing my truck from Victory Nissan was a good experience. Their service department is why I will no longer be doing business with them. I tried calling many times to discuss a resolution and was either hung up on or put on hold until I disconnected. Don't bother reaching out to try to remedy the situation. Any action on your part would be too little too late. God Bless.

We had wanting to trade our vehicle and get something bigger for my family. My husband talked with someone on Sunday over the internet. We had not expected a call until Monday but they did call us Sunday. They wanted us to come in and see what we could do. We arrived a little before 4pm. We had picked out two vehicles. RecommendedBought my car here in March. Took it in today for my first of 6 free oil changes and tire rotations. They did a thorough inspection(free), the regular service, and they even washed it. Everyone I encountered was so nice. It was a very pleasant experience. Two thumbs up on top of 5 stars!!
