Very friendly environment, they are honest and try to keep it real and not sugar coating anything
This place is the Wal mart of medicine. Upsell, over test, over book appointments. Loooong wait past your appointment time. Big box medical.

Overall facility was nice and clean. Staff was great. Dr. Elander was great!... ....Fast Foward 4 months and my opinion has changed. I've neen calling everyday since 3/29 to check the approval and get a refill on my Rx. Had to end up calling Aetna only to be told we have not been contacted by your provider or have got a prior approval for them to release the meds. Long story short, they dont give you straight answers, and basically want you to catch the disease your trying to prevent from getting. Guess I have to find anothe... read more

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL Brandon was amazing, extremely professioal and used differential analysis consulting Mullins, and explained my scenario perfectly, ensuring I understood exactly what was happening with my ankle. I like this facility and its personnel
I've been coming to Victory Physical Therapy for a few months now and everyone there is so helpful and very good to me. I would recommend to everyone, even if they don't need it. I look forward to coming here.

These ladies are really the best! They are both consistently pleasant, polite, professional, efficient, competent, friendly, and kind. I have been so impressed with the way they have handled my appointments amid my crazy schedule, always finding a way to make things work in a way that works for me.
