I love this place, the staff here are awesome and very friendly. They also have a new location in West Lake on Bee Cave Rd. It is in an extremely nice location. So clean and well organized. They do a great job, fast and super efficient.. I highly recommend this health care facility.
I've been seeing Lisa for some time now and am very happy to have her on my side. Lisa is very thorough with any arising symptoms or problems that I may have. It is always a pleasure to see Lisa.
The staff, nurses, especially Nora are wonderful. Dr. Prajapati is extremely good and very esteemed. I just love their services and care.
Dr. James Howard is a jackass. I made an appointment a month ago. They told me 9am. When I got here, they told me it was 11:30am. I thought my mistake. I came back at 11:30. They kept me waiting 45 minutes without seeing him. I asked for a refund. They wanted to know why and I said it's disrespectful to keep some waiting for so long. They acted like I inconvenienced them.
Ralph and Camilla are THE BOMB (BOOM BOOM) :)☆☆☆ FYI. I think the review should be done after the visit not before or during the visit. But I did if from experince already!!!!!
I think it's amazing! Wonderful, caring people! I will go to no other clinic. If you want answers to your questions and need help with your medical care, visit Victory Medical. There is even a coffee shop and pharmacy while you wait. But they told me they deliver free to my home or work in Austin so I left with a great cup of coffee and got my medications at work a few hours later at no charge. Seriously. It doesn't get better than that.

Been going here for years. Superb health care. Highly recommend!
They are always fast and friendly but the doctors here seem to be on a revolving door. One week they are here and when you want to come back they are gone. It's hard to stay on the same page when you see so many different Dr's
