I had a misunderstanding with Dr. Hanley, but after communicating my frustration, she reached out to me and we talked things through. I really appreciated her taking the time to do that out of business hours and feel like she really takes the time to listen to her patients.

I have yet to be seen within even an hour of my appointment time! What a waste of time and effort. Not professional.
I do not recommend the Cedar Park location. My own experience is no calls back or if they do call back, it's days later. No real follow ups after talking with someone. Charged double for the same prescription put into two different bottles with different dosage instead of one dosage in one bottle. I need to find another provider. South Austin was better, but I'm north now.
