CMA treated me like crap. Only nice people were there, was the X-ray guy and the Dr. And even the Dr didn't know how to write a script out. My pharmacy wouldn't take it. I had to go back and ask to redo it so I could get my meds.

People there aren't people friendly and if you make an appointment expect to wait hour to an hour in half. My annual exam took 10 minutes and that was it. The assistance was talking to her friend instead of getting my shot ready for me to take. I couldn't take the service and walked out, but I bet they are going to over change my insurance. Go there only for a cold!

Been going here for 5+ years with no problems. Great diabetic care Dr Nomita Kim is the best she has excellent bedside manner and explains in detail test results and everything. Also, Jim is great to.

I'll never understand what all the noise is about over this place. My NP, the MA's, and pharmacy are bad ass on every level - professionalism, customer service, follow up/through... I pray that when I leave the states in a few month that my next doctor's office is a cool as them. The deserve every star.
Would have been a 5 if the front receptionist was friendlier from the beginning. However, it's pretty cool they have the pharmacy at the clinic so kudos for that!
