I have a 2013 Honda Fit. I went there to get a routine oil change and i also had a question about my tire leaking air. They were SO rude to me and you could tell they weren't evening listening about my concerns. (Probably because I'm a female so I must have NO idea about cars, right?) After my oil change they gave me a paper and I asked about my tire. They seemed very annoyed and said nothing was wrong. Not good business. What would you do if it was your own vehicle. Somebody should step up and do the right thing.
I believe when a Service Dept. makes a mistake or didn't quite get something right.. they should own up to their mistakes. Not blame everyone else including vandals.. If the customer is loyal to the car and company.. the company should be loyal to the customer.. my friend Ron Martin has bought a vehicle from you..and you should treat him with the respect that he shows you!!

not much as of this moment, because of an oil change that was not done properly and a plug not tightened enough my daughter lost an engine, they done the service there to ensure the best service for the car, guess that did not happen, i will not be going to you.....
