Their service department is great! Took my Civic SI in for its 20k service. I'm in their CarDoc program, which I love. Friendly service. It took a little longer than expected, but that's ok because it was done right!
Service Review: The power sliding door on my Honda Odyssey stopped working. I thought it was going to cost me hundreds to fix it and it only cost $20!! You can absolutely trust the service department at Victory Honda Muncie! The service department is easy to use- just schedule an appointment, pull into the service bay & drop off your keys with a technician. Easy & painless.
