Good communication, and Simon and Rees did a great job of laying the carpet!
Terrible sevice carpet was a week late and they’ve just finished fitting the carpet they haven’t cleaned up behind there selves and have chipped all my skirting in acceptable
Fair price but poor fitting experience. On day of fitting the fitter arrived without sufficient carpet for two rooms. Two days later, fitter arrived with more carpet but discovered it was only 13 feet wide so still wasn't sufficient. Victory carpets offered to fit alternative colour for stairs to enable completion. However, job not finished until 10pm on Weds so needed to be home for two working days and an evening. (Fitter took 5 hour long break during the day to 'enable the carpet to warm' before fitting.) Excellent service, professional, reliable & great quality carpet
Victory Carpets have been brilliant from start to finish. Dom was courteous, professional and quick to measure up for us with good advice. Hayley and Charmaine did an absolutely fabulous job laying the carpet for us. They are clearly skilled at their job with a friendly yet professional manner. Plus what an amazing clean up at the end… not one bit of fluff left behind! We have more flooring to be laid in a few months and of course chose Victory Carpets. We highly recommend.
