First time going to a VS and expected great service bc of their longstanding reputation - I will never go there again. Went there to get measured - had to have 2 people help me bc they could not figure anything out, refused to listen to me about how the bras felt why they were on and when I was not receptive to what they were insisting was the right size, they became cold and unhelpful so I had to leave. Left feeling really bad about myself and with a wrong size bra - do not recommend at all. Go to a different brand.
I do NOT recommend this store! The employees are rude and they sell damaged products with broken valves and then say they can't exchange them. Look for another Victoria's Secret store; they offer more humanized customer service.
It’s unfortunate that the fitting rooms close so early. I would expect a higher level of service from this store.
