Bad service attitude, and a little bit racists
Very disappointed. I went on Wednesday to try and find a particular spray which I wanted and asked two members of staff which were stood next to each other, one of which on their phone. Made me feel embarrassed for asking as they were so rude. Won’t be coming back in a hurry for that type of service, I was made to feel I was being difficult or annoying for interrupting their conversation. Some serious customer services training needed.
