If only the whole of the NHS was like this! I was triaged shortly after presenting myself at reception, where my wound was assessed and redressed. After a short wait in the waiting room I was seen by a friendly and helpful nurse practitioner. This is probably only the third time that we have had to use this facility but every time the care we have received has been exemplary. We count ourselves very lucky indeed to have this facility nearby. Thank you
I went to the minor injuries department they were very helpful excellent service thank you!
Normally this facility is excellent however today had a very brusque and dismissive receptionist in the X ray dept and was also told my form was out of date as it was more than 6 weeks old. Called my GP and they knew nothing about the 6 weeks after rule. So now I have to waste another GP apt at my very over stretched GP. If the NHS operated sensibly there wouldn’t be any waiting lists but this is a classic example of bureaucratic nonsense.
Unbelievably impressive. I was admitted, triaged and treated with a broken hand within 1 hour. Thank you to everyone involved. Our NHS staff are the very best.
