I’ve dealt with a few agencies before but Victoria Property has by far been the best sales/letting agency I’ve ever dealt with. The staff are very friendly, compassionate and professional. My enquires were dealt with promptly and Jill from the agency managed to find me a tenant for our house so quickly! I very appreciated the help from Jill, Robert, Imran, Ian. They’re so nice and willing to solve the tenant’s problem. It is the high efficiency that makes them different from other letting agents. Highly recommended!!
EDIT: I will say Jill has contacted me and taken ownership of alot of the issues however I do not hold her at full fault and I appreciate her contacting to try to rectify some of the issues. She has been lovely to deal with. Terrible experience, called for a home report, it was never sent and I had to call and chase. Once I received the home report called to arrange a viewing. Which was difficult because they only so during the week with no weekend viewings. We eventually managed to arrange for a half 5 viewing meaning leavi... read more
