There is something wrong with Dr. Dooley's personality. I was a new totally compliant patient of 3 months. I went for every test, referral, and follow up that she required. I paid every bill the day I received it. I had trouble getting her to refill my prescriptions in a timely manner. I told her receptionist Denise, that the Doctor is intimidating. Dr Dooley is wonderful and she always listens to me and her staff is always helpful to. I recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor.

I find Dr. Dooley and her staff Melissa & Denise to ALWAYS be pleasant & helpful I'm am seen promptly and she always answers my list of questions I bring so I dont forget anything. Great dr & staff!
The doctor is very caring. My inhalers are very expensive. She gave me samples and when the samples ran out she took the time to look up coupons online to help lower my costs. The pharmacist and my prior doctor never told me about these coupons which saved me $150 a month of my prescriptions! I feel like she cares about you as a person and helped me through a difficult time in my life with a family member. She's the best. Her staff are also very nice every time.
I was recently admitted into the hospital for a heart condition that i developed a few years ago. I was also in search of a new doctor as well. I was referred to Dr. Victoria Dooley by Providence Park Hospital in Novi. I researched her and loved the information that i found. So i called and made an appointment for myself as well as my special needs (hydrocephalus/epileptic) son. The appointment was two months away but I was still excited to see a new physician. I tried calling her office. They put me on hold for 10+ minutes. I then tried to call the next day and her office blocked my number.
The doctor and staff are great! I never have long waits or feel rushed she listens to all of my concerns. Dr. Dooley is also fantastic with my kids they love coming to see her she always makes them feel special and gives them a treat.
Worst doctor I’ve ever had, she screwed up my sister’s physical exam lab test, and when they tried to get the lab results back, Dr Dooley would always tell her repeatedly to wait, which went on for about 3-4 weeks, so this got to the point where my mother and sister had to drive out to her office and demand for the lab results, which she finally revealed that she never even did the lab test, she’s cares more about money than patients and her ads on TV are a lie, definitely wouldn’t recommend her
