My visits are always pleasant
I was searching for a new PCP for awhile and since I hadn’t had a physical in about a year I really felt it was important while pregnant. I went in while 6 months pregnant. Not only did she tell me “I’d hate to hear ‘new mom dies from Covid with week old baby at home’ if you don’t get the vaccine,” she also did not indicate me as pregnant in my chart and marked me as obese because of my pregnancy weight. Learn to listen to your patient
Dr Dooley has been my physician for 7yrs. I am so pleased with the care she provides; her positive engagement - I so appreciate. She LISTENS and I’m never rushed. She is so relatable and asks multiple times if I have any questions before I walk out the door. There have been a couple of occasions that I have had a last minute question while exiting the lobby area and she circles BACK to address my question. She’s a great Dr!
I’m not sure how I feel about my office visit. It was completely rushed, didn’t feel warm or welcoming at all besides the front desk. They were friendly. I didn’t feel that my asks were respected or my questions. Had to do a few lab tests and when I returned the doctor was already out of the room. Didn’t say goodbye or follow ups. I’m deff going to look for another doctor. This was the first time I truly felt uncomfortable at a doctors office and that’s sad.
Dr. Dooley has been taking care of our family for more than ten years! She is very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about your well being. Even if we relocate, we will definitely continue to see Dr. Dooley annually.
Dr Dooley is great
I have been seeing Dr Dooley for over 3 years now and I don’t ever plan on going anywhere else. She is an absolutely fantastic doctor. Very thorough. Her staff is absolutely amazing as well!! I love this office. So glad I found them!!
Horrific Experience...zero stars! Awful visit. New patient and was basically scolded for asking health questions during a “physical”. Threw staff under the bus, blamed them for not making multiple appointments so insurance could be billed twice. Once for an “office visit” and another for the physical! Was told I had to ask other health questions only during office visit, not a physical. Very unprofessional and rude! Do not waste your time seeing Dr. Dooley. Extremely awkward and uncomfortable.
