It’s Friday, 1pm and the water pump packs up on my car. Somewhat fraught, as we are using the car on a weeks holiday up to Scotland, I called in at the garage with the slimmest of hope, given it was a Friday afternoon and the garage was busy, that anything could be done to fix it. Despite this, Terry and his mechanic quickly identified the problem, phone calls were made, parts were ordered and delivered and the mechanic set to work. Great garage, no nonsense service from a reliable, sensibly priced and genuine mechanics. Proof of the above is the fact that they are so busy.
Been a customer here over 10 years.standards are slipping used to be alright. Complained about a defective part and terry got aggressive and started shouting never have I been spoken to by a business like that. If you can't handle the pressure you should give it up and retire . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!
