Love this place. The food is excellent, the staff friendly and helpful and the Opera singing by the servers is superb! A must visit spot every time I am in Philadelphia.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. The food and opera were superb. My only complaint was there was a ten top next to us, and they talked throughout each performance--so wanted to shush them, but didn't want to cause a scene! Other than that, a great evening!
We weren't supposed to be dining out but this ended up being a very pleasant dinner. The servers are extremely talented in both waiting tables and singing opera! The food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Well when ever I come here The Victor's Cafe always glad me with a new unique experience. There waitress are always very courteous, helpful and believe me get here to had a tremendous food experience. Love the staff and food (y) (y)
