Excellent food and the atmosphere was phenomenal. I have brought several groups of out of town colleagues to experience this true Philadelphia treasure, Victor never disappoints. Thanks to our wait staff Gigi and Kaitlyn your voices are great.
Everything is good at this place. Third or fourth time there. Even if the entertainment were not top notch (and it is), I would come here just for the food. Nice wine list too, with something for everyone.

I was a frequenter until I left the area in 85". However, I return every couple years with Victors being on my must visit list as I did last Thursday. For me, the food and dining experience is unbeatable.
