I came here to sell a laptop from school, as my program had announced we needed to upgrade and mine didn’t meet the requirements anymore. Duncan was honest about my computer, and inquired as to what list had to be met for my program. We met multiple times to work through what new laptop was exactly as I wanted and needed, and he had it ready in a timely manner. This is how customer service should be. A++. Duncan (owner) was super accommodating. I recommend this place for all your PC related needs over any other place San Antonio has to offer. Reasonable prices to boot.
My PC died the other night because of power loss from the really bad storm recently, and I called this place and Duncan was amazing with helping out. He diagnosed it and said the SSD was bricked and he was able to replace it and somehow get Windows 11 on it despite my hardware not being compatible for an incredibly reasonable price. Dunkin is the best! My sister and I have passed by this shop plenty times not realizing the magic that happens here. I came to Dunkin with my PC that hasn’t been opened and cleaned in… years! My desktop was experiencing display issues and showing a couple of unusual lights which indicated to me that something had to be fixed.
