My PC died the other night because of power loss from the really bad storm recently, and I called this place and Duncan was amazing with helping out. He diagnosed it and said the SSD was bricked and he was able to replace it and somehow get Windows 11 on it despite my hardware not being compatible for an incredibly reasonable price. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years, maybe more. Started when VicomPC was in Austin, TX and the service and expertise computer tech knowledge was 2nd to none whether I dealt with Duncan or one of his service techs. I didn’t trust anyone else to handle my computer issues. One day I needed somethings fixed on my laptop and I went to his store in Austin only to find out that he wasn’t there anymore. So I figured he’d just moved to a different location somewhere in Austin. I called him to find out where his new location was.... read more
