Criminal Phone Insurers These criminals do everything they can to reject your claim. They wasted 4 hours of my time and made me jump through hoops for 2 days before rejecting my claim. These type of companies are worse than dealing with the government or health insurance industry. Now that is saying something!! Horrible people!! Don�t make the same mistake, do not use their insurance service!
I paid to have insurance on my Apple iPhone7 with Asurion. I accidently dropped my phone this morning on way in to office and screen shattered. According to the Verizon website with my plan this was covered at cost of $29 deductible. I followed all procedures with Asurion to make the claim. I got an email to call them. Once I called the customer service rep said I was denied for "Suspicious Activity". I am a real person, sent in all documents and details requested including my passport. Home Depot uses this company for their extended warranties. Worst company ever for your appliance extended warranty. They hire fly by night appliance repair companies as their venders, If an appliance need repair they cannot get anyone to come out for at least 4 days. If it is a refrigerator, too bad. All your food will be rotten by then. Plus they will schedule an appointment with one of their service companies and they do not call and do not show up. A total waste of your money.
