I purchased a Wagtail Highflyer. It lasted only a few hours, before the pad catch failed. I do not know what they mean by a 90-day happiness guarantee, I guess they do not know either. Not only did the product fail me, but also customer service. I .

Updating review … after speaking to this Mikey mouse company … they lack huge customer service … I was willing to spend my hard earned money and couldn’t even get a straight answer out of these guys … rep named JERSEY like the state as he claimed ..: apparently he is the only manager under the owner himself and can make full business decisions affecting the company… I didn’t know employees had that power .
