Very happy with the quickness of how fast the order got here. Jersey helped me over the phone place an order and it seemed like when I blinked my package was here. Awesome customer service and will continue to use Window Cleaning Resource in the future.

Can't complain much about free shipping. First time placing an order with WCR and the package arrived damaged. I contacted t them immediately and they agreed to help me with any damaged item. Thankfully with how well they packed my order of a squeegee and a wand, my Sorbo channel was straight and true. I didn't need to replace anything that was sent out. Now to replace the rest of the bucket that grew legs and walked away. I will be ordering again very soon now that I have the job.

Got me a set of stack ladders and they shipped to California for free that’s amazing. WCR is the only place to shop.

John Lee does an excellent job with finding the product that is needed and getting it ordered right away. He is an asset to Window Cleaning Resource with both his knowledge and his excellent customer service. I would highly recommend calling WCR for any technical questions compared to other window cleaning ordering platforms.
