Pretty bad experience dealing with my uncles probate. Communication was poor for several months, multiple emails and messages unanswered, adding to the stress of dealing with bereavement and making us fear for my surviving aunt's financial security. Appalling and unprofessional service on my uncles probate, really stressful while grieving and leaving his widow in possible destitution and homelessness; no comms, promises not met, calls and emails unanswered, formal complaint not acknowledged or investigated thus ignoring their own published complaints policy, an absolute joke, law unto themselves. Complaining to Legal Ombudsman now. Words cannot express how bad the service is.

I used to use this company all the time when I was younger and it used to be great but now it’s the Worst solicitors going no wonder why the two main good solicitors David and Trevor have moved on / companies I called vickers and co to arrange a solicitor for a court hearing and had even gone to the office and handed copies of my paperwork i was told by the lady on the phone / desk someone would be in touch soon but i got no call or any kind of response / help . Very good services, especially Satbinder Chana who was usually quite responsive and worked hard to get everything done on time and to a good standard. Would recommend.
