I was last Saturday 02/11/2024 to purchase 2 mattress. I wanted to take mattresses immediately but what was my surprise when I listened from them I need to pay cash. 2520.00 CASH. when I asked to pay by card I was told to go in the post office to withdraw. Absolutely insane. This first visit will be my last to this company at all. In the meantime I was able to buy 2 mattresses for half of them offered price(2520.00) immediately from different shop.
My own experience was very disappointing when buying bed and mattress , would not recommend .
Look at the defensive responses when customers have a gripe. My own experience wasn't great.
