This is the dealership which I bought my car from. I had a not so good experience a few months after I bought my car it started to experience brake issues and after further discussion with Duane from the service department my car received an entire new brake system under my warranty so I didn't have to pay anything. It took a little bit of time to get my car back, but once I got it back the brakes worked perfectly and are still working perfectly now.

Just bought a 2011 GMC from you all, I dealt with Dale.... Nice courteous feller..... I drive 3 hours down and when I decided to buy the pick up, it was almost quitting time.... Dale hung in there, did all the paper work and had me outta there a little after 6:00 p.m. Wouldn't hesitate to drive down again if they had something that I was interested in... Thanks!

A friend of mine (Derrick) bought a car from here and was ripped off. He got a check engine light a couple days after driving it (a GM Certified vehicle) off the lot and they've ignored him for months when they told him they would take care of it. DO NOT buy from them. He has shared this out of his page and I am doing the same. Vic Canever Chevy DO NOT take car of their customers. Copy, paste, and share. #wemattertoo
Bought a GM Certified vehicle from them and not even a week later got a check engine light. I have gotten it serviced over 4-5 times now for the same check engine problem and they (Ed and Brandon) just haven't gotten back with me to the point of where I have to get an attorney involved because they promised to take care of it and haven't. I've called, emailed, and text'd without a response. I spoke with Brandon there who said he would call me back in a week or so and that turned into over 2 months still with no response. Just picked up my HHR from service. I've been a long time Canever customer. I was thrilled to have a ongoing charging problem/parasitic draw FIXED!!! Got in my car and saw my "lost" emerald ring in the change holder! I went back inside to say thank you and gave Patrick a big hug! I was in tears. Craig had found it while working on my car. Thank You! You made my day! Lost my ring sometime around Thanksgiving and have been upset about it since. I am so grateful! And my car is fixed! Great local help when you need it! :)
