I interacted with the service writer, the service desk, and Sarah in the accounts payable office. You are very fortunate to have such terrific people. To top it all off Roger Higgins drove me over to Culvers which was very welcome because I had just gotten out of the chiropractor‘s office. The parts department answered my questions about cross rails for my Equinox and a kayak carrier and even gave me a print out so I would have the part numbers. The customer service is amazing. When I have a problem with my truck, they fix it. They called me before I got the recall letter to set an appointment. When I went in for an oil change and forgot my coupon, they hooked me up. While waiting for service they treat you to donuts, coffee, popcorn, little bottles of water (so cute) and FREE WiFi in the Cafe. Or take a test drive, their sales staff are pushy.

Got my first oil change there they said a hour and it was. They could improve the free car wash after the oil chg. I have soap streaks all over and bug guts still on the windshield and car. But that's ok it was free.
Larry Lewis and his assistant, Tony Basalone, are honestly amazing! My continued service is purely because of Larry and his special care. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful and overwhelming but Larry and Tony made every step of this process smooth and understanding. They went above and beyond high expectations and I will continue my service at this dealership because of them.
