I brought my car in for service and the staff at Vic Canever were extremely polite and professional. I want to express my utmost gratitude and appreciation for one service consultant in particular Patrick Sassine. Patrick goes above and beyond to make sure your car is running to its full potential and you leave a happy and loyal customer. Also when you go to Vic Canever the staff makes you feel like family and problem is to big for them to solve. Thanks again for all your help Patrick and the entire staff at Vic Canever.
They were very slow repairing my car (and it was a small job). It took 15 days to get my car back and it doesn't feel quite right now. Very disappointing. I won't go there for body work again.
I took my granddaughter's Cruz in, yesterday, d/t drivers side window would not go down. It took less than an hour. Meanwhile, my 4 year old great-grandson and I waited inside. We enjoyed coffee, water, donuts and popcorn. Pleasant visit.
I was in on 11-21-16 for a Left headlight to be replaced and a oil change, for which I thought it was only going to be a short wait, like an hour.... Well it was 3 1/2 hours later and I was never so upset that it had to take this long...... Customer Service was just horrible, everyone looked like they hated their job and it felt very cold and unwelcoming.... Service for my 2011 Chevy Mailbu will be done by Al Serra in Grand Blanc from now on.....
