I have been coming to Canever since late December 2016 when I purchased my truck - has been a great experience throughout! Process from start to finish handled in a professional and friendly manner by staff. They do a great job explaining what needs to be done and what the options are. Prices for repairs/maintenance are fair. Welcoming and comfortable waiting area
After driving an HR and a half was lied to I even asked several times before driving this distance I knew it was to good to be true told me my vehicle was covered til 180000 so I took the drive all I ended up with is an oil change and inspection of vehicle just to let me know what's wrong not a happy camper they wasn't gonna do anything
In all my Life, I have never been treated as well anywhere as I am @ Vic Canever Service Department !!!
This place is great . Collision shop is great . Service is great . And sales are awesome . The whole staff are friendly.
I had previously written a review for Vic Canever, it wasn't the nicest review they have received. I have since deleted it. I am extremely happy with the prompt attention to any issues I had!! I purchased my chevy mailbu from here and I absolutely love it my sales guy name ED was amazing and I will not go to any one but him, he made sure me and my husband were satisfied with our car and our experience.. he also went out of his way to go get all the info on my car unlike some of the guys there because it was to cold outside:( but I love him.. This place is amazing! I wouldn't dream of purchasing a vehicle from anyone else. They go above and beyond, not only to get you the best deal, but to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Our baby passed away three years ago and we throw a huge community event in his name every year. These guys are always quick to jump on board and help make our event all it can be. I'm a cranky pain-in-the-@$$ car buyer who's too busy to shop. I called Ryan Carter at Vic Canever Fenton and gave him a list of what I needed. Engine, mileage, color, year, features, etc. He didn't pester me like some of the other dealers (they're all desperate to talk to you, but only Ryan listened).
