Michele and Erin were both very rude. Had to get the manager involved who was very apologetic and helpful. The problem was initially caused by the porter but escalated by Michele and Erin's behavior which lacked in customer service.
Beware! We have taken our car to be serviced here several times in the past months. It seemed like one thing after another was needing to be fixed. Each time it was over a hundred dollars. When the Check Engine light came on recently, we took it back again. The next month the ABS light came on. The next month the Airbag light came on. To fix that, they had to replace the writing under the driver's seat. The very next day after picking up the car, we noticed the seat warmer for that seat would not work so we took the car back... read more
