After leaving a 1 star review yesterday regarding the horrible experience I encountered on Wednesday, Mr. Canaver and I had spoke and he did the best he could to try and correct the situation. I give our service rep Jeremy a lot of credit for handling the situation to the best of his ability and did everything he could to try and make it right. Service was great, communication is a little off, car wash seems to never work when you ask for your free wash. Wonder how they wash their cars.
Sales is beyond expectations, Bought our Van there & looking into buying something else in the future. The whole team is beyond great, When your waiting in the lounge you hear the employee's talk as if they are family or Great friends. Thats great to hear & positivity. Larry Lewis was our sales Guy and was beyond funny and great with accommodating us for any questions we had. Definitely some shady stuff is going on behind the scenes here. Only deal with them as a LAST Resort.
Oil changes take a very long time...never done when promised and I often have to go down and say I have seen my truck in the parking lot for 15 minutes and not yet been called confirming its done. Sitting here waiting to hear the excuses of why it took so long...it gets old! Looking for a new dealership to take the truck after this trip.
Terrible customer service they will conceal and hide things from you just to make a sale. I would suggest not shopping here. Good luck if you don't take my word for it
