Suffered with blocked ears for months put off making appointment due to work/life commitments, finally made an appointment after becoming totally deaf in one ear. Marcus was totally professional and solved the problem within minutes. My hearing was back immediately,an amazing feeling after struggling so long , I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing wax removal, and I won't be leaving it so long if I need this service in the future.
