Definitely don't recommend this place Lived there for a year and a half. Office staff were very hands off and any time we needed to ask for something, they seemed annoyed. The parking was HORRIBLE. We needed to pay for car ports and garages or it was a free-for-all. We broke our lease because we wanted to move out and they charged us two months rent plus our carport fee. No complaints thus far Renewed our 3rd year here because we love our community & new management, as I had mentioned in another review. We appreciate the changes our new management has brought in. The staff in the leasing office is very helpful and have been very efficient with any questions or concerns we've had. Maintenance is great too! Love them! They are super sweet and always do an amazing job with any requests.

Maintenance staff are the best! The only ones that deserve the 5 stars! Maintenance staff are the only ones that deserve 5 stars at this apartment complex! They are the most professional, timely, and respectful. I'm not sure why anyone would say they are slacking. If anything, I would keep the staff in the office accountable for things going wrong. Verified Renter Viano is a great apartment complex. It's well keep and maintenance staff are some of the best and most professional. Parking is a nightmare and would love to see much more improvement in that area. Management staff are fine but slow to respond or don't even respond at all at times. All in all, it's a decent place to live.
An Amazing Apartment Community I moved into Viano at Riverwalk back in 2015 when they were first being built and absolutely LOVED my apartment. As a military member, it is important to feel comfortable at home. It honestly felt like living in a resort. I had no issues with the apartment or the management. I’m looking forward to moving back soon.
