Verified Renter Always willing to help. Management explains everything concern. Maintenance is on top of everything. Usually within 24 hours. Complex is well maintained.
Verified Renter Move in experience was great! Xavier helped us every step of the way and answered all of our questions we even had a small mishap with one of our apartments keys and Xavier got one of the maintenance guys to come help us out almost immediately. Overall a smooth move in experience.
Verified Renter Neighbors are loud out of spite. Leasing office will ignore your maintenance emails and complaints. Lights are out all over the property at night. Unsafe to walk the grounds after the sun goes down. Homeless break in and steal packages from people’s porches. Homeless break in and sleep on the couches in the lounge area.

Verified Renter Changed front office managers so appears to be great changes and improvements coming hopefully! Complaints also are being addressed at a faster rate. Overall this is a great place to live, not so packed like other places and quiet and clean.
