Verified Renter Great community I just renewed my lease I love these newer apartments homes my only complaint is the bedroom walls are a little thin so you can definitely hear neighbors and their tv’s
Verified Renter Living here at Viano has been a rollercoaster , my car has been broken into, there has been homeless riding their bikes in and out of the gate to collect cans from the trash bins. Some very loud neighbors who constantly argue.
Verified Renter I spent months researching and touring apartments and their neighborhoods. Viano topped the list and I have to say how fortunate I am to now live here. I love everything about it. The apartments are beautiful with a great layout. The grounds are well kept with beautiful landscaping. The office staff is the most respectful group of people who go above and beyond to satisfy you. Verified Renter Always willing to help. Management explains everything concern. Maintenance is on top of everything. Usually within 24 hours. Complex is well maintained.
Verified Renter Move in experience was great! Xavier helped us every step of the way and answered all of our questions we even had a small mishap with one of our apartments keys and Xavier got one of the maintenance guys to come help us out almost immediately. Overall a smooth move in experience.
Verified Renter Neighbors are loud out of spite. Leasing office will ignore your maintenance emails and complaints. Lights are out all over the property at night. Unsafe to walk the grounds after the sun goes down. Homeless break in and steal packages from people’s porches. Homeless break in and sleep on the couches in the lounge area.
Verified Renter Amazing apartment complex, quiet and clean, friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes parking is hard to find though. Looking forward to the community events this year.
