Verified Renter Cockroaches are a HUGE issue with this complex. It seems to be “handled” for a bit by spraying once, then neglected. There’s a major infestation that needs to be handled or at the least properly maintained. Clearly whatever is being used to keep pests and insects away is not working well. They enter apartments through the cracks in walls and doors.

Verified Renter Love living here. Quiet and always clean. The staff is so friendly and I love that they are constantly doing activities for everyone to get a chance to hang out, enjoy food and music. Or just by having treats for us to stop by and grab in the leasing office. It’s definitely something new for me but makes all the difference in a community. The amenities are great, always clean. My only complaint is the gym does need a few equipment upgrades. Mostly the dumbbell rack. A lot of them are very rusty, chipping away... read more
