Verified Renter Viano is a great apartment complex. It's well keep and maintenance staff are some of the best and most professional. Parking is a nightmare and would love to see much more improvement in that area. Management staff are fine but slow to respond or don't even respond at all at times. All in all, it's a decent place to live.
An Amazing Apartment Community I moved into Viano at Riverwalk back in 2015 when they were first being built and absolutely LOVED my apartment. As a military member, it is important to feel comfortable at home. It honestly felt like living in a resort. I had no issues with the apartment or the management. I’m looking forward to moving back soon.
Great Staff, New Apartments, Great Value!! We moved in to these apartments in October, and have been amazed by the staff's positive attitudes and quick response to anything we've needed. Frank, in particular, has gone out of his way on a number of occasions (including Thanksgiving Day!) to make sure we were happy with our experience here at Avalon. Avalon at Riverwalk Moved in 2 weeks ago. The office staff made the process very painless. The complex is brand new. The amenities are very nice and the gym opens early and stays open late. Its across the street from a beautiful college. The college offers amenities to the public for a small fee. A lap pool and track. Its a quiet area. Lots of shopping all within a mile. Close to the metrolink stations for commuters. The front office girls and maintaince guys are really nice and have been very welcoming.
RATS! I moved in a week ago and have had 2 rats already in my apartment. The staff was NOT very helpful and rude. Took the manager 6 hours to get a trap in my place. Not professional. Not to mention they have bees in their hot tub. " water bees"
