Recently, some changes in maintenance policies, like not changing the lightbulbs or fixtures in the apartment, have been frustrating and amenities need general upkeep like cleaning. But I would still recommend the complex due to the location and competitive pricing.

Verified Renter It’s nice and peaceful here and very clean. I lived in different apartments threw out my life in these by far are the best one. I like how there’s many places to relax and have a bbq and the pool area is very nice as well.

Verified Renter Still a nice place to live. Very quiet and all of the neighbors are friendly. It's always nice to see neighbors hanging around the lounge areas talking to one another. Truly makes for a peaceful environment.
