Verified Renter Neighbors are loud out of spite. Leasing office will ignore your maintenance emails and complaints. Lights are out all over the property at night. Unsafe to walk the grounds after the sun goes down. Homeless break in and steal packages from people’s porches. Homeless break in and sleep on the couches in the lounge area.
Verified Renter Amazing apartment complex, quiet and clean, friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes parking is hard to find though. Looking forward to the community events this year.

Recently, some changes in maintenance policies, like not changing the lightbulbs or fixtures in the apartment, have been frustrating and amenities need general upkeep like cleaning. But I would still recommend the complex due to the location and competitive pricing.
