Enzo and his team were very effective to market my property and to get tenants signed in a timely manner. All paperwork, viewings and check-in were conducted in a very professional and efficient way. They provided all the guidance and support needed to answer all of our questions throughout the process.
I had a very disappointing experience with VIA Properties. Initially, my requests to view a property were handled quickly and efficiently, but things took a turn during my visit on September 13th to Meridian House near Nazeing Glass Works. During the viewing, I asked Enzo a few basic questions about pricing and service charges, but he seemed uncertain about the answers. I thought it was odd but assumed the property was newly listed.
