I am writing to share feedback about my experience during a job interview at your organization in November 2022. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues that I feel need attention. My mother has been a resident for nearly 2 years and I cannot fault the care she receives. The staff are amazing and and go above and beyond in caring for the residents. I highly recommend Vi and John.

My Dad spent about four months at Vi and John. He was not in good shape and needed a lot of help and support. He had advanced dementia so it was not easy to connect or communicate with him well. Regardless of this, the care team at Vi and John (on Sugar Wing) gave him time, help, understanding and empathy and were unfailingly kind and caring no matter how challenging things could be from time to time.
