Needed a specific size van at short notice. Phoned VFM and they could not have been more helpful. I told them of my needs and they were able to get me exactly what I needed. They were waiting for me when I arrived and check-in was very quickly dealt with. Was shown round the vehicle and some helpful information was provided without any need to ask. I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m always apprehensive about renting vehicles—mostly because the industry is full of people trying to squeeze every penny out of you. But from the moment I walked into VFM, it felt different. They’re an honest outfit run by good local people. Alan even went out of his way to check if the vehicle was small enough for me to drop things off at the local recycling center without an appointment. We drive past VFM every day, so when we needed a van on short notice, they were the obvious choice — and they didn’t disappoint! Renting was super straightforward, even with little notice. The vans are top-notch: clean, new, and really nice to drive, which made moving house much less stressful. Pickup and drop-off were seamless too. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
