I originally left 1* for what I thought was an unauthorised transaction on my credit card, especially as my initial enquiry into the transaction brought me to a distribution warehouse that I’d never heard of. However - this company is a distribution centre trading for many familiar high street & online companies - the transaction I thought was fraud was actually genuine (from North Face) This company dealt with my phone complaint very professionally & sympathetically & I’ve updated my review accordingly. Ordered an item took very long time to be delivered. Then the actual product is nothing as described faulty and damaged please avoid risking ordering from this place !!!

I’ve just placed a £500 order, no confirmation. So frozen Apple Pay and I come from a family of solicitors etc So god help them if I don’t get my order Dawn Kelsey

I ordered 2 pairs of boots from Timberland and initially could not work out who VF Northern Europe was on my bank statement however, can now reconcile the transaction and confirm that this company receives the order and ships on behalf of a number of well known brands.
