OUTSTANDING. 15/10 I would give many more stars if I could. I transferred here after a poor experience elsewhere with my young dog reactive GSD. Today was our first visit. Reception organised for me to be the last appointment of the day. Rob provided us with a really clear concise consultation, loads of really good information and options. Fantastic new vet practice in Chartham. Clean and modern facilities and friendly staff. I urgently needed an appointment for my dog but was registered at a different vets. Despite this they gave me an appointment at very short notice. The veterinarian Charlotte was fantastic - she did a thorough examination, explained her observations clearly and gave useful and practical advice. After a stressful few days she really put my mind at ease. A big thank you to the Vet Shack team!
