The staff and Doctor were friendly, professional and they showed great compassion toward our two dogs. Service was prompt and all our questions were answered.

Dr Sayles and the staff at the Novi location are really wonderful. Our new puppy went in for his checkup and he too loves Dr. Sayles just like our other 2 dogs who saw him. Great place to get animal care!
Entire staff is friendly and caring, from the office staff, techs and vet. Fabulous service and state of the art practice.

The entire staff is wonderful... our extended family includes 1 cat and 1 dog and the staff really takes care of us all because they take the time to explain everything. Our extended family used to be 2 cats and when it was time for Elvis to move on, the staff was genuinely involved, helpful, and caring throughout the process.
