They’re thorough, prompt, and treat my dog with as much love, care and gentleness as I would be giving him myself. I can’t say enough about the amazing staff: receptionists, techs, vets. You all make our visit as smooth and calm as possible. Trust is everything, and you’ve all earned it! Thank you!
I have been going to Vet Select Novi for more years than I care to admit... I live in Plymouth and have driven to this clinic since it opened. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Sayles and his excellent staff of veterinarians, technicians and office workers. They have saved the lives of all three of my dogs throughout the years. If there was a 10-star rating, I'd give it. If you're looking for an excellent vet staff who is always looking out for your pet, go here. You won't be sorry!
I decided to move my pet dog Cofi to receive care from another Vet because of their insistence of Profit over Care in my opinion. Having moved to Novi a year ago, I have spent over $600 in two visits, all of which are preventative and blood test. I can't tell you in words how grateful I am for the staff at Vetselect. I was an emotional mess when I called the Commerce location. I had talked to my regular vet and felt at a loss so decided to try calling other clinics. My Kitty whose not even a year old had a spinal injury and I didn't know what to do. The women I spoke to at Commerce called Novi for me and let me know someone could see Kodak right away. The staff showed Kodak so much love and compassion.
