I was sent from PDSA for emergency treatment over the week, amazing vets kept me updated all the way through my pets treatment. Always extremely happy with their service.

There was no care for my beloved dog Chelsea. And I truly believe with this vets it's all about the money not the love and care of the animals especially by doctor lionel. I often wonder if I was a paying customer would my chelsea still be her today. Very much so! I will never take my animals to vets4now.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My guinea pig was brought here Christmas day and he needed an operation. His operation was done and I had to call them myself to see how he was. I was told by Hannah "yeah he's fine, you can come and collect him". I'd said to Hannah how much of a relief that was and that I'd been up all night (due to my worry) and her reply in a very rude manner was "so have we!".
