Great company providing quality medication and customer service to pet owners.
Charging shipping AND a $12.99 handling fee for a package the weight of two pens is obscene. Sending latex finger cots when so many people these days are allergic to latex is clueless. Plus they do not even try to use eco-friendly packaging. They sent my quickdose pens in a large styrofoam cooler, even though the medicine didn't need to be refrigerated. Awful communication and customer service.
Never sent me my vetmedin because it was backordered but never notified me,the only email I had was that it was auto shipped. I called they said they had generic and would give me free shipping but I received bill for 25.00 for shipping and handling plus the cost of the med. They refused to cancel the order when I said I could drive to my vet and get brand name for that price. I cancelled all my orders for my 3 pets
We constantly have problems with our dog's necessary medicine. This last one was the kicker. His medicine was upped, the label reflected the increased medication yet these people weren't capable of filling the bottle with the correct amount of tablets! It took months and months of them sending the autoship to often - of course! More money for them! I am so frustrated with this company and I would tell you AVOID THEM ANY WAY YOU HAVE TO!
