Horrible service. No follow through or follow up to get script filled. Never had an order go smoothly.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered through our vet thinking it would arrive faster than our usual Chewy since the vet makes us mail the Rx if we don't use this company. Our dog has been without meds for over a week now while we wait. The item supposedly shipped 5 days ago, yet only a label was created. Horrible company. They took my money, only to e-mail me the next day that they didn’t have the medication and had no idea when (or if) it would be back in stock. I had to go through three representatives and long hold times to get them to cancel the order and issue a refund. Terrible service!

Awful company. In the middle of a resolution with them regarding my dogs medication. My senior girl is on eye medication that I have auto shipped with enough time in between to overlap in case there is an issue. I had an order that was supposedly shipped on September 3rd and for lost somewhere with usps. Fine. Really poorly run operation... I ordered a prescription for my dog from them. When I ordered it, it said it would arrive in 3-5 days. 6 days later it still never shipped. I ended up just ordering from Chewy (for 1/4 of the price btw), and tried contacting these people to cancel. I sent two emails with no response. Go out of business, this company is a FLAMING NIGHTMARE, and from the current reviews NOTHING has changed since 2 1/2 years ago. They are nothing but LIARS AND DOUBLE TALK!!!!!!!!! kept telling me my vet was the problem hadnt ok the scrip 5 times vet said NO havent heard from them............. so many issues I cant list them all!
Unable to cancel order online. While in que (still waiting in que for over 40 minutes) to chat with a representative to cancel my order (phone line going to busy signal) and I wrote an email to cancel my time sensitive prescription, a few minutes later I get a notification that my order has shipped. I placed an order for my dogs pain medication on 16 of APR 2020. It was still pending Authorization as of APR 24. Vets first choice did not notify me. My dog is out of pain medication after I had worked hard to get him to a therapeutic level. Now I have to start all over again. I do not recommend Vets First Choice for your fur baby.
