First they couldn't get auto ship right and 2 cats went without allergy medication for weeks because they would only send for 1 cat at a time. Next, we called to stop all orders as we were done dealing with issues. One cat passed away 2 weeks ago and other has been off of the medication yet I got an email the med has been autoshipped ; if I dispute payment with my credit card, they won't investigate the issue. Why would it be on my radar to get anything from them if we asked for all to be stopped? We are not the only family ... read more

Really bad first try, here. Paid for "Next Day" only to find out it might be 2nd day. Why would you call it "Next Day" if it might not be. I am out $20 now and got no help from your customer service person. I will recommend that my vet find a different service. The company made things right and I haven’t had any other issues. Thanks!!
This is my first experience and I am not impressed. Unfortunately my vet does not stock the medication she prescribed. It was not urgent so I elected the free "expedited shipping " which indicated 3 to 5 business days. I ordered five days ago and it has not shipped yet. Just got an email that the shipping label has been prepared. Hallelujah! It is unconscionable that a pharmacy requires this much time to internally prepare medication for shipping and misleading when ordering.

Refuse to send shipping choice. Sent delivery when request for change was made. Had emergency and had to be out of town. They sent package anyway. No one home. Refused to cancel or change delivery method in any way. Only to home address, even tho no one home. Request was made within 30 minutes of order submission. Totally terrible worst customer service ever!!
I'm new to this service, since it turns out that my vet works with them. He called in a prescription, and my follow-up call here, to place an order, was the best customer-service interaction I've had in ages. Jasmine was so nice to deal with. Looking forward to my first shipment!
