Need someone to contact me ASAP. Placed an order on 10/10 only to find out today it was canceled. Tried calling and chat but apparently it's not managed over the weekend.
horrible customer service!!! sent me nexgard by mistake (vet said they never approved the prescription). would not give me a refund because it already shipped. first offered me 25% discount, then went down to 10%. pricing is high and person I spoke to was super rude and unhelpful.
Recieved my cat's medication with a dosage mistake that would have caused her to recieve three times as much active ingrediant, which could have caused an overdose and serious health issues. I called Vets First Choice because a pharmacist should never have filled this prescription, and they completely blew me off! Thankfully my vet and I had already discussed the dosages and the concentration she needed so I was able to identify there was an extreme mistake before she got hurt. I would not recommend. They charge a large service fee on RX orders and for non RX items are like $10 more than sites like Amazon and Chewy. When you contact via messaging or email you get no response. I have been trying to reach them for two weeks!
RecommendedIt’s easy and fast to use! Never had any issues.
They don’t ship orders nor do they refund you. Their customer service clearly lies to customers about refunds. Certainly cannot depend on this company if you need prescription pet food.
Customer service not helpful. My order has been on FedEx truck -- Wed, Thurs, and now Friday. Need better customer service and a choice of UPS for shipping.
